|
I have an older product. How can I get documentation for it, such as schematics, etc?
|
Please email or call our support department and we’ll do
everything we can to find the document you are looking for. We have
archived many old (>10years) product documents. Note that some very
old products are not available in electronic form. Other products from
the 1980’s may only be available as D size drawings.

What is the procedure for sending a device to you for repair?
|
First, call Wheatstone to start a support record and receive an RA
(Return Authorization) number. Repairs sent without an RA may be refused and the repair
delayed. Once you have the RA number, pack the device securely to avoid
shipping damage.
